I'm interested to learn how this works. I take a pretty scientific approach to most things, but I have a friend that seems to be able to view things very clearly that are happening miles away from him. Please pay no attention to those shitty answers you got. You achieve astral projection every night in your sleep, actually. You just don't remember, or you confuse it with your dreams. Astral projection is actually pretty scientific there are explanations for everything that happens, if you believe in energy and the spirit and other things. You have several bodies beside the physical: the etheric, mental, the ego, the astral, and more. Your astral is capable of projecting a copy of it along with your present consciousness out of the body. Therefore, an energy body is made a vehicle for the real-time zone (the astral copy of the physical world) and the astral planes. You must (in 99.99% of cases) be in sleep paralysis to leave your body. If you didn't know, this is the mind-awake-body-asleep state. That means that while your mind is awake, your body is totally asleep. Some people wake up in this all the time, and it scares them. But the reason you can't move while in this state is because you're already in your projectable double, but still inside your body. Therefore, it's a very ideal time to attempt projection.

Here's a technik I picked up, I don't know where to find it thou. Its based on two things, your body's hormones, and your arcadic rhythm.

Its simple, most people sleep about 8-9 hours, so sleep 4, Wake up, Do something for about an 1/2 hr, to an hour. Something active. then go back to sleep. Your body's still tired, and will fall asleep, by your minds half awake. So you still have to kinda guide your way in an obe, but it really saves some effort.

He teaches you energy work, which is quite necessary in building up to a projection, and he teaches you exit techniques and how to induce trance. But he started texting my friend again with this one, 5593354473. I am now aware that 5593354473 is a application of some sort because there was a message saying that the person started a group convo, like apps would say. BTW my area code is 786 so i do not know how my friends could have done this. Please help me on this. The person even knew where we hang out on saturdays. Are you sure you get to the vibrational stage? Because if you do, the only reason it shouldn't happen is that your projectable double does leave, but your present consciousness stays with your physical body and you're not aware of it happening. Maybe, also, your double's ties to the physical body are too strong or are difficult to overcome . . . you also may not be completely relaxed, and so you're still stuck but feel some vibrations. But once you feel vibrations, usually all you have to do is leave your body, since you're already in the projectable double. Anyway, I hope that helped a little.

I discovered lucid dreaming whilst trying to treat my insomnia.I bought some "Valerian Root" capsules from wal-mart to try to help me get to sleep and they didn't really do anything to help me sleep.

But, when I did get to sleep I had multiple lucid dreams every night I would take this drug.It would be worth trying if you were looking to lucid dream as it costs only about 4$ for a bottle of 100 capsules.

well, as I have said to another person who asked a similar question earlier today, for me it is a simple matter of close observation, deduction, and sometimes intuition. I have the ability to analyze my surroundings very closely, which I then use logically to deduce an explanation as to why or when something happened, and how. this, when combined with an otherworldly realm, is almost a surefire way to determine which realm you are in. however, the ability of deduction like me is by far the rarest mental power to have been born naturally with. for example, I recently deduced that a student in my grade had lost his phone, even before he had realized it. there were creases on the right side of his jacket, meaning he had slept on his arm, most likely on the right side of the bus, because it is natural, when sleeping, to face the front of the vehicle, for obvious reasons. from that, I could tell by his speech that he was very attached to modern pop culture. surely a person like that would own a phone. however, his pockets were clearly empty, so I had asked him if his phone fell out of his pocket on the bus, which it had. he found it the next day. I might also mention that it couldn't have been in his backpack, as all the pockets in that were too large for a phone, assuming that he wanted it in pristine condition, without scratches, as he was meticulously neat, and often polished his shoes( which I could tell as well). and, from the information given, he slept on the bus because he had been late getting home the night before(obvious, isn't it?). anyways, unless you can do that, there is really nothing that can be done that I can teach you.
